My name is Shelly Myers and I am passionate about helping people live healthy, pain free lives through movement and fitness. I have always been active and love strength training, trail running, skiing, and hiking. My specialization in training pre and postnatal clients was motivated by my own struggle to regain strength and mobility after a tough pregnancy with my son. I believe healthy doesn’t look any one way, and each person is on their own unique journey. I strive to create an environment that challenges, motivates, and encourages the individual, helping them fall in love with feeling healthy and strong. So often we put exercise and health on the back burner of our lives due to time constraints, boredom, and lack of support. No matter what your fitness goals are, I offer accountability, creativity, energy, and encouragement at each and every session!
